Just a quick email to say thanks ever so much for the fantastic work the guys did today on moving the piano. They were punctual, efficient, professional, and friendly to boot!

My boyfriend, who watched them move the piano into our second floor flat, was immensely impressed with their skills (he's an engineer so I think that was part of it). He said that it was clear that they were very experienced with the way they planned every manoeuvre, and executed it impeccably. Other words he used to describe their work included "military precision" and "mesmerising". :)
